Forum Changes

I will list here all forum changes.
1. Chatbox added ( so we can just chill and chat when server goes down )
2. Recruitment section ( not just anyone can join us, we need to filter out the good from the bad 1st )
3. New Forum moderators ( these are Mary-Jane a.k.a. MJ and babytrish )
4. New guide section is being created and will be submitted later today. ( I really think we could all benefit from this )
More may be added at later stages check back frequently
